I grew up in a family of restaurant owners and chefs in Northern Italy and I've always loved food and cooking.

I've learned to bake and decorate cakes thanks to my kids and their love of super heroes and princesses, which pushed me to learn ideas and techniques for their birthday cakes.

I launched Italian Cakes by Bee in 2025 to combine my passion for cake design with my love for the cakes and bakes sold by bakeries in Italy, such as crostata, baci di dama and focaccia.

​

All my products are freshly made by hand in my home kitchen using the best ingredients and traditional, artisanal techniques.

​

My savoury products, including pizza, focaccia and breads are made with fresh yeast (l'Hirondelle brand) to ensure superior texture and taste.
